Yes. Custom design is our speciality. We create bespoke sets based on your idea, colours and chosen placement, from a single gem to a full custom layout.

We're based in North London as standard, with appointments also available in Margate, Kent & Dublin, Ireland.

Tooth gems are semi-permanent. They're designed to last for years with good care, but they are not permanent and can be safely removed by a dental professional at any time, with no damage to the tooth.

What are your tooth gems made of?
We use high-quality crystals and 18ct solid gold (and white gold) gems. Brands we use are Preciosa & Serenity.

No, it's painless and non-invasive..there's no drilling. We follow a strict hygiene protocol with dental-grade materials, and our technicians are trained and insured. Gems bond only to natural enamel, never to veneers, crowns or bonding.

Most single-gem appointments take around 30 minutes; custom sets a little longer, they start at 60 minutes.
